Rick Hartley, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, has dedicated 26 years of his life to serving in the US Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership and discipline. After his military service, Rick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of West Florida. Since 1989, he has proudly called Pensacola home, where he’s raised three children and enjoys the company of his eight grandchildren.
